Hi, I have a new laptop, put a flash drive in and came up with an error message, clicked ok to fix. Now I am sure I have somebody with remote access to my computer. It uninstalls antivirus, the left hand box that shows area weather etc, shows a totally different area and bobs around in that region. I'm using ethernet because of all this. Over weekend I started to put closest Chinese, nail shop. Tanning salon etc and they were all coming up in the area that was showing laptop is but it's 50 mins away. Tried TPU check it stops it. I'm not too sure what that is really. I have you tubed to death, I need some advice please!! UP has sent new router to he third one not used yet as I'm sure it must be the laptop? Can anybody please offer any advice. Not hugely tech savvy, and it's made my anxiety go through the roof as I'm scared to do anything on it. Offline the task manager was going bananas. Had a few mouse fights too.
