I have a 64gb micro SD card that only sees 30mb.

I've tried https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/ but it won't format, and makes no difference.

The card is RAW,and healthy.

Does anybody know how i can restore and reuse this card please ??

This is the result i got from sd card formatter

Hi, use chkdsk on it.     Then format /r as Fat32.   No need for a program.

You then need to format it. Then run chkdsk.

Thanks PKShadow, it wouldn't format either. I've now almost gave it up, its either no good or maybe it was a scam drive (shouldn't be a i buy them all on amazon). Anyway, I've bought another couple.

I want to use these things to store and backup primarily.

I used to use external HDDs but I've had 2 which have both slowed right down to almost stopping when I update them

See if you can format the SD card using diskpart.

Open a command prompt and type the following commands with the SD card attached

diskpart

list disk

select disk X   Where X is the number of your SD card. Make sure you have the correct number as you will wiping the disk in the next step. You don't want to wipe an internal drive.

clean

convert GPT

create partition primary

format fs=FAT32 Quick

assign

You should now have an SD card with the correct size formatted.
