If the URL's are listed on Google report it to them.

The other option is WHOIS and look up URL and Report to ISP Abuse.
Only thing is URL may get reported but if Sender is Spoofing Address where it comes from does nothing.
You need to say how you are getting these URL's malware info for a better answer.

You are not answering the question.
I am asking is there an authority for invesitgating known malware being sent from a company? This is Bleepingcomputers after all.
Pkshadow, how could you even think Google is going to entertain looking into malware if the message is not from Google's Gmail. This authority if it exists is for any known malware.

You can also click here to use VirusTotal (File).
Good luck!

Virus total is not a site to report malware that is sent to a user. Virustotal is a malware evaluator, looking for malware inside a specific file.
My question is this. A company sends you a link that is fradualent, the link could be from any mail provider. You know the company purposely sent the fraudualent link.
Is there a service that will investigate ?

While you could report to your local law enforcement authorities, their cyber-security units would only investigate locally if they have sufficient resources. It is best to report to the local FBI Field Office and CISA which handle's cyber-crime issues.
You can also try reporting to the local Secret Service Field Office. Most field offices have a Cyber Fraud Task Forces (CFTFs) with the goal of arresting and convicting the most harmful perpetrators.

Yes...IC3 is run by the FBI.
CISA is run by the Department of Homeland Security.
Complaints filed with IC3 website are generally analyzed and referred to federal, state, local or international law enforcement and partner agencies for possible investigation.

Yes, I am familiar with local law enforcement investigating issues but was interested in knowing if a more global malware investigation existed. For example you suggest the FBI but if a country is outside the U.S. I do not think the FBI will investigate and if a country does not have a FBI equivalent what would they do ?

Confirming what Dan has told you.
INTERPOL Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
The Internet Crime Complaint Center, or IC3, is the International central hub for reporting cyber crime. It is run by the INTERPOL and other international law enforcement agencies, leading the international community for investigating cyber crime. Here on our website, you can take two vital steps to protecting cyberspace and your own online security.
Other international law enforcement agencies includes the FBI and the U.S. IC3 which is a partnership that collects all Internet crime complaints.
