MESSAGE:

How can I choose a different MoveTool -- the existing one in the Toolbar continually disappears when I'm scrolling around a workspace, then I have to circle-around-circle-around-circle-around until it decides to, very faintly, show up sufficiently that it is useful.

Thank you.

Hi, no idea but your issue stems from : Total Physical RAM: 8 GB      Not enough Ram for intense and steady graphics work   Modern systems use up to 64 gig or higher for graphics work.

As well : Graphics Card: Microsoft Basic Display Adapter

Your entry-level AMD A4-5300 is second-generation and Minimum Requirements state : SSE4.2 support which it barely has.   EDIT : DirextX 12 Support ??? is needed.

Suggest increase your Swap File/Page File : https://www.howtogeek.com/126430/what-is-the-windows-page-file/

As well when using your Adobe Program you need to close anything you are not using and run with bare minimum.  As those things are using your 8gig of ram as well.

And fyi only if did not know : Windows 10 End of Life October 14th 2025.  No Updates unless pay $30.00 for Security Only Updates (no information yet as to how that works). No OS Fixes.
