Back in December, I purchased a replacement battery for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Now, about six months later, Ive been experiencing some strange battery problems.
The phone will sometimes shut off suddenly even though the battery percentage still shows 50% or 70%. When I power it back on, it shows something like 10%, and if I plug it in, it will jump back up to 50% or more. This has been happening more frequently.
I also checked the battery health in the settings and its already showing 84%, which seems low for a battery thats only about six months old.
Is this something thats normal with replacement batteries, or does it sound like there could be a fault with this one?
The company I bought it from told me to bring in the phone and they will run a diagnostic on the battery.
